Our latest guest is a part-time professor, writer, business manager and father who believes in having a balance is key to maintaining health and wellness in his life.  The explains what he means by balance and gives examples of times in his life when he was “out of balance” and what results came from those imbalances.

Jeff joins us from his beautiful flat near London England to share with us today and for the following few weeks.  You’ll also hear about his journey to Oxford and what he had to do to get himself accepted into such a prestigious, renowned institution.  A journey that Jeff is most proud of and maybe even…a little surprised by!
